As part of using the GO&SWIPE platform, we collect the following data:

• Phone number
• Booking information (accommodations, activities and services booked)
• Content of messages exchanged with our support team

We only collect data strictly necessary for the operation of the platform. Some browsing data may be collected for technical purposes (security, performance) without being used to identify you directly.

3. Purposes of processing

The data collected is used to:

• Manage your account and your bookings
• Connect users with providers of accommodations, activities and services
• Process your support requests
• Improve the quality and security of our services

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the performance of the services contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), consent when we ask you for it (Article 6.1.a GDPR), as well as G&S GOANDSWIPE's legitimate interest in securing its platform and responding to your requests (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Collected data is intended exclusively for G&S GOANDSWIPE's internal team and the providers involved in the operation of the platform (hosting, payment, email delivery), strictly for the purpose of the service. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage your account and your bookings, then for a maximum period of 3 years from the last exchange, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
